Tips to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy

Pregnancy is an exciting time for a mom-to-be, filled with preparations for your baby. Pregnancy also comes with many body changes, like weight gain or stretch marks. You may start to observe red or purplish streaks forming on your body, mostly on your breasts and belly. Your baby grows inside you which makes your skin stretch and causes stretch marks. 1) Eat a healthy diet

Stretch marks may also occur if you lack nutrition in certain areas. Eating foods that boost skin health may help.
